What is an API

An application-programming interface (API) is a set of programming instructions and standards for accessing a Web-based software application or Web tool. A software company releases its API to the public so that other software developers can design products that are powered by its service.

Why ExtractorApp

ExtractorApp can turn your Excel or CSV files into API data, making the data available to other applications or to your own for importing into your own system.

CSV data is a handy way to transfer large amounts of data. But to load it into another system can cause issues, so with ExtractorApp you can turn that CSV data into an API and then read that API from another system.

How To

Once you upload your CSV file, you tell us how it's delimited and where the headers are and we import the file into the system. Then you create an API with 1 click.

Stats

ExtractorApp records all access to the API. We can tell you how many times it has been opened.

When you use the access tokens we track each users access, this makes it easy track users accessing the API and turn off access if needed.
